The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Jeff Radebe MP, invites the media to a briefing, where he will release documents and speak on the transformation of the judicial system and the role of the judiciary in the South African developmental state.
The briefing will also give further details on the assessment of the impact of the Constitutional Court judgments on the South African society.
