The Gauteng Department of Sport, Arts Culture and Recreation cordially invites media to the tour of the Gauteng carnival costume creation base camp.
The gigantic costumes some over six meters high will parade the streets of Soweto during the sixth annual Gauteng Pale Ya Rona carnival on 5 June.
The carnival will be led by among others the Gauteng Premier Nomvula Mokonyane and the MEC for Sport, Arts Culture and Recreation Ms Nelisiwe Moerane.
Come behind the scenes and meet the artists and production team of some of the largest and enthralling costumes to parade Soweto.
