The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will host the 10th annual Seminar on International Humanitarian Law from 4 to 7 May 2010.
This is an annual event and will feature high profile speakers and will involve approximately 30 delegates from various Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries as well as further representatives from line function departments.
