This letter serves to respectfully invite you to the above mentioned engagement where the Department of Energy will be participating in a symbolic public signing ceremony of the Memorandum of understanding with the Provincial Local Government through Siyathemba Municipality and the Central Energy Fund.
This activity will grant the Minister of Energy (Ms Dipuo Peters MP) an opportunity to inform people of Northern Cape, particularly those from the Siyathemba Local Municipality what Solar Park is about and the benefit it comes with. Members of the public will also be given a platform to interact with both the Minister and the Mayor regarding energy related programmes of the government.
