The Minister-designate, Mr Paul Mashatile, will be sworn in to office tomorrow, 4 November 2010, in the evening at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.
Mr Mashatile, who was appointed Minister of Arts and Culture on Sunday was not sworn in on Monday, as he first had to be sworn in as a Member of Parliament.
