The Minister of Social Development Mrs Edna Molewa and the United Nations Resident Coordinator, Dr Agostinho Zacarius will today, 20 October 2010 address the media at the launch of the state of the World Population Report 2010.

The theme for this year’s report is “From conflict and Crisis to Renewal: Generations of change”. Every year the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) prepares a global report on the State of the World Population report with the view to sensitise policy makers, planners and community leaders of the priority issues affecting the structure and dynamics of the global population.
