The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ms Tina Joemat-Pettersson will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with her counterpart, Minister John Mutorwa of the Namibian Department of Agriculture, Water and Forestry to harmonise relations.
Other areas covered in the memorandum include:
* Republic of South Africa/Namibia agricultural agreements
* Training of the Namibian veterinary students
* Protection of the Karakul genetic material
The signing ceremony will take place as scheduled hereunder:
