Transport Director-General Mr Mahlalela will make a presentation at the Africa Roads 2011 Conference, on the following issues:
- Mobilising government to improve road and transport infrastructure
- Government's role in coordinating effective road funds
- Exploiting opportunities in the transport sector and identifying current shortfalls
- The Africa Roads Conference will bring together a panel of experts to discuss the opportunities and concerns of the overall roads transport sector which includes development of infrastructure, generating funds for road maintenance and creating a cost effective and reliable road transport network.
