Tomorrow, Minister Donald Grant and Head of the Provincial Education Department, Penny Vinjevold will be briefing media on the progress made in achieving the strategic objectives set by the Western Cape Government for education.
Two years ago, in November 2009, the Western Cape Provincial Government released its strategic plan for education 2010 to 2019.
The plan focuses on ten (10) key priority areas that aim to improve the life chances of all learners in the province through the provision of quality education.
Tomorrow, the Minister and the Head of Department (HOD), will brief media on each of the key priority areas, providing a summary of what we have achieved so far and what we plan to achieve into the future.
