The Department of International Relations and Cooperation and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to host a regional seminar on issues relating to international humanitarian law. The event will bring together 28 representatives from 15 countries across Africa. Deputy Minister Ebrahim Ebrahim will officially open the seminar.
