You are hereby invited to the public participation week programme by public representatives, previously referred to as Izimbizo.
The programme’s approach centres on a continuum process of engagement to concerned district communities with an emphasis on qualitative events rather than quantitative ones. The core objectives of the programme are listed below:
* Prioritisation of issues per district to dictate the deployment schedule of public principals
* Aligning cardinal issues as depicted by the MTSF Apex Priority derived from the government Programme of Action (PoA)
* More impetus on analysing issues and resolutions arising from sector focused engagements with the President
The new dates and venues for the public participation programme will be held as follows:
* Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District, Naledi, Mmabana Taung: 13 November 2009
* Dr Kenneth Kaunda District, Ventersdorp, Mogopa Village: 14 November 2009
* Bojananala District, Moretele, Moeka RDP Sports ground: 16 November 2009
* Ngaka Modiri Molema District, Ratlou, Setlagole Boeresaal: 18 November 2009
Media is invited to attend and all interested organizations must confirm their attendance by next week Tuesday 10 November 2009 thereafter invitations are discarded.
