Deputy Minister Malusi Gigaba is scheduled to deliver a Xola Nene Memorial Lecture at the unveiling ceremony.
Xola Nene was killed in October 2001 while serving as the Provincial Chairperson of the South African Students' Congress (SASCO) in the Eastern Cape. He was a student at the University of Fort Hare.
