North West MEC for Health and Social Development, Rebecca Kasienyane will address the media at a press conference about the implementation of Masupatsela Youth Pioneer programme aimed at improving the socio-economic conditions of youth from poor communities.
Masupatsela is steadily establishing itself as one of the biggest employment programmes for the youth and it is one of the programmes prioritised by the President for the current term of government.
