President Jacob Zuma will tomorrow, 8 February 2011, as part of the build-up to the Sate of the Nation Address, visit the Sultan Bahu Treatment Centre, in Mitchells Plain, Cape Town.
Accompanied by Social Development Minister Bathabile Dlamini, the President is to highlight challenges regarding substance abuse in our communities, its impact on communities and a healthy workforce.
