President Zuma speaks at National Human Rights Day, Athlone Stadium, Cape Town

The media is invited to the National Human Rights Day celebrations on 21 March 2011. President Jacob Zuma will deliver a keynote address to reinforce government’s commitment to protect and promote human rights as enshrined in our Constitution.

Among the guests at the event will be the Minister of Justice, Mr Jeff Radebe, the Honourable Speaker of Parliament, Mr Max Sisulu as well as the Chairperson of the Human Rights Commission, Advocate Lawrence Mushwana.

Entertainment will be provided by the following artists: Jonas Gwangwa, Loyiso Bala, DJ Ready D, Professor, Chomee and Kaapse se Klopse.
