President Zuma to attend unveiling of a mobile telemedicine project

President Jacob Zuma will on Sunday, 27 March, witness the unveiling of a mobile telemedicine laboratory in Nkandla, KwaZulu-Natal.
 
Donated by a company in the Russian Federation, the facility is a truck filled with technology to perform diagnostic tests, allowing the community early detection of illnesses and diseases including tuberculosis (TB), HIV and AIDS. The mobile laboratory will also be able to perform pathology tests and others related to dermatology and allergies. The President will be accompanied by Premier of KwaZulu-Natal Dr Zweli Mkhize and a number of provincial MECs.
