President Jacob Zuma will deliver his Annual Address to the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) on Friday, 11 November 2011, in the Umzinyathi District Municipality in Nquthu, Northern KwaZulu-Natal.
The theme of the address is "Working Together to Advance the Lives of our People".
The engagement is a culmination of a series of public participation engagements of the NCOP in KwaZulu-Natal as part of its “Taking Parliament to the People” programme.
