President Jacob Zuma will on Saturday, 14 May, attend the official opening of the Hlobo electricity sub-power station and the official switch on ceremony in Ntlalukana village, Engcobo, Eastern Cape.
The opening of the revamped sub-power station will see the communities of Ntlalukana and other Engcobo villages receive electricity as part of the Department of Energy's roll-out of the electrification programme.
