President Zuma has convened a meeting to discuss the state of the economy, including the external and internal challenges that South Africa faces, with a view to identifying what each social partner can do on its own and in partnership with others, to strengthen employment performance and economic growth.
The President will lead a Ministerial delegation to the talks with representatives of Business Unity SA, Black Business Council, Congress of South African Trade Unions, National Council of Trade Unions, Federation of Unions of South Africa and community sector representatives.
