President Jacob Zuma will on Friday, 19 November 2010, address a sitting of the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) in Maluti-A-Phofung Local Municipality at the Charles Mopeli Stadium.
The address will conclude a series of public participation engagements in the Free State, that the NCOP has had with the national, provincial and local spheres of government, as part of the Taking Parliament to the People Programme.
