President Jacob Zuma will on 10 September 2012, deliver a keynote address at the South African Local Governance Association (SALGA) Conference at Gallagher Estate in Midrand.
More than 900 delegates from member municipalities across the country are expected to attend the conference, which will deliberate on SALGA’s constitutional amendments.
