President Jacob Zuma, will address the national conference of the Congress of Traditional Leaders of South Africa on 14 November 2009, at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban.
The conference aims to find solutions to issues of land, rural development, tourism, agriculture, water affairs, forestry, rural youth unemployment, HIV and AIDS, education and rural information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure.
