North West Premier Mme Thandi Modise is to announce changes in the Provincial Executive Council at a media briefing to be held today, Thursday 3 May 2012 in Mmabatho.
The announcement of Premier Modise’s first cabinet reshuffle will be preceded by swearing-in of new members by Justice President Monicca Leeuw of the North West High Court.
Premier Modise had earlier in appealing for calm assured communities that whatever new changes that might be made within the Executive Council, strengthening good governance to accelerate service delivery, sustaining stability and uprooting corruption will be of paramount importance.
Members of the media are invited to cover both the swearing-in ceremony and the media briefing session scheduled to commence as from 18h00 at Office of the Premier Corporate Services Boardroom situated on the 1st Floor, West-Wing, Ga-Rona Building.
