Premier Modiselle and MEC Mahlakeng to officially open 2010 protocol routes in Rustenburg

North West Premier Maureen Modiselle, MEC for Public Works, Roads and Transport Mahlakeng Mahlakeng, and Kgosi Leruo Molotlegi of the Bafokeng will officially open two 2010 protocol routes in Rustenburg on Monday, 24 May 2010.

They will be accompanied by the Mayors of the Rustenburg Local Municipality and the Bojanala Platinum District Municipality as well as members of the Local Organising Committee (LOC). The routes are the Western Bypass (adjoining the N4 to Phokeng) and the Sun City to Phokeng
Roads.

These roads will play a key role in transporting FIFA officials, tourists and soccer lovers during the 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup matches that will be played at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace.

The main event will take place as follows:

Venue: T-Junction of the Western Bypass and Sun City to Phokeng Road (outside Phokeng towards Boshoek)
Time: 10h00
