North West Premier, Ms Thandi Modise, will deliver a keynote address at the Agri North West Congress on Tuesday, 6 September 2011.
The Premier is expected to articulate her provincial government’s views on the importance of agriculture in the North West as well as the role of commercial farmers in building prosperous rural communities.
