The Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Mr Richard Baloyi, has postponed his visit to the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality that was supposed to take place on Thursday, 14 June 2012, to form part of his planned One for All Summit and will be as follows:

The metro has recently experienced on-going community protests which have led to, among others, the destruction of state property. The Minister intends to deal with those matters during his scheduled “One for All Summit.”
The Minister accompanied by Eastern Cape MEC for CoGTA, Mr Mlibo Qoboshiyane, will meet Nelson Mandela Bay Metro executive mayor Mr Zanoxolo Wayile and other stakeholders to discuss plans to bring stability and enhancement of service delivery in the metro.
