The official opening of Paarl Hospitals new Emergency Centre will take place on Tuesday, 14 September 2010 at the Hospital. The centre will be officially handed over from the Department of Transport and Public Works to the Western Cape Department of Health.
Paarl Hospital has been enjoying a total revitalisation which includes new and improved services and areas, many of which are already in operation. The emergency centre will serve as the main point of entry for any person suffering from a life threatening injury and is a huge asset to the large community that is dependant on the facility for all their health care services.
