The Honourable MEC for Health, Mr P Masualle and Superintendent-General, Dr S Pillay will be officially opening the Accident and Emergency unit at Livingstone hospital in preparation for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
The department will also be introducing HCT within the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro and commemorating the lives of those who passed on due to HIV.
