Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande, will deliver a congratulatory message at the installation of respected businessman Dr Johann Rupert as the 14th Chancellor of Stellenbosch University.
Dr Rupert will be a welcome addition to the higher education community as he becomes chancellor of one of South Africa’s foremost universities in terms of research and academic achievement.
