The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa hereby postpones the licensing of High Demand Spectrum until further notice.
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa hereby informs all interested stakeholders that it intends to hold a workshop on spectrum fees.
The Authority has introduced an Administrative Incentive Pricing scheme for electromagnetic spectrum, with effect from 1st April 2012. This will result in significant changes in how the fees for spectrum licences are calculated. And this will have an effect on all spectrum licensees.
Stakeholders are invited to attend a workshop which is scheduled as follows:
