The Speaker of Parliament’s National Assembly Mr Max Sisulu will tomorrow, 15 December swear in a new Member of Parliament, the Democratic Alliance’s Mr David Ross.
Mr Ross is from the Free State and is replacing the late Mr Cobus Schmidt who passed away on 28 November 2009
