The National Council of Provinces will tomorrow, 8 June 2011 join thousands of mourners across the country in paying tribute to the late Mrs Albertina Sisulu during its plenary. Mrs Sisulu, mother to the Speaker of the National Assembly Speaker Max Sisulu, passed away last week Thursday.
