Limpopo MEC for Sport, Arts and Culture, Mrs Joyce Mashamba will lead the official commencement of construction of the new multi-million rand Bakgoma Community Library at Makobe village. The proceedings will then be followed by community outreach, whereby community members will be afforded an opportunity to raise their challenges in terms of service delivery.
The main objective of the community outreach programme is to give the people of Makobe Village and surroundings in the Mogalakwena Municipality, the opportunity to interact with the MEC and officials through the playing of indigenous games and other sport.
The ceremony will be held at the library and is arranged as follows:

The community outreach and games will commence immediately thereafter, on the same day, at TT Cholo Stadium, Bavaria village, Mogalakwena Municipality, Waterberg District.
