The Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and Training will tomorrow visit the Cape Town University of Technology’s (CPUT’s) Bellville Campus to get a briefing on, among other things, 2012 registration fee increment and other challenges facing the institution.
CPUT management and student leadership disagreed on the 2012 fee increment. This resulted in student strike action which disrupted 2012 registration.
