Tomorrow, Western Cape Education Minister Donald Grant and Head of Department Penny Vinjevold will be holding a press conference on the equalisation of funding for no-fee schools in Quintiles 1 to 3.
In addition to this, the Minister will be announcing further initiatives that will benefit some of our poorer schools not in Quintiles 1-3.
