The Director-General of the Department of Arts and Culture (DAC), Mr Themba P Wakashe invites members of the media to a briefing regarding the DAC's suspension of its support of the Miriam Makeba concert and commemorative events planned for 7 to 9 November 2009. Mr Wakashe will present the DAC's position and the way forward.
