On Monday, 7 November 2011, Western Cape Ministers of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Dr Ivan Meyer, and Economic Development and Tourism, Alan Winde, will raise awareness for Table Mountain in the New 7 Wonders of Nature campaign by paragliding off Signal Hill. Voting for the competition closes on Friday, 11 of November.
Should Table Mountain become one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature, there will be a significant economic and tourism impact for the province. We need the full support of the people of South Africa to make the final list.
