Minister Xingwana to visit Thaba Nchu during the public participation week

As part of government’s efforts to strengthen and extend the existing partnerships for the promotion and implementation of the government programme of action, the Minister of Arts and Culture, Ms Lulu Xingwana will visit Thaba Nchu in the Free State province. The public participation week will take place from 9 to 13 November 2009 under the theme: working together we can do more.

Concomitant with an attempt to strengthen government’s monitoring and evaluation system, the Minister and the MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation, Mr Dan Kgothule will visit two arts and culture namely, Ipopeng Basadi Project and Lekhala Grass Project.

The visit will take place as follows:
