Minister Xingwana to speak at a literature development and promotion conference

The Minister of Arts and Culture, Ms Lulu Xingwana invites media to the opening of a literature development and promotion conference. The conference will take place from 10 to 11 September 2009. The objective of the conference is to come up with strategies to develop, preserve and promote South African culture through literature to ensure social cohesion and nation building. Minister Xingwana will be a key-note speaker at the opening ceremony.
