Minister Xingwana to speak at a Heritage Funding Summit

The Minister of Arts and Culture, Ms Lulu Xingwana will speak at the opening of the Heritage Funding Summit, which has been organised by the National Heritage Council.

Delegates at the summit will discuss challenges of funding in the heritage sector.
