The Minister of Women, Children and People with Disabilities, Ms Lulu Xingwana and the Premier of Gauteng Ms Nomvula Mokonyane will on Friday, 25 November 2011 host the opening ceremony of the 16 Days of Activism on No Violence Against Women and Children Campaign. The event will focus on addressing problems of domestic violence and the opening of a victim empowerment centre.
