Tomorrow, 11 September 2012, Western Cape Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Alan Winde will deliver the opening address at the Western Cape Government Supplier Open Day in George.
The Supplier Open Day is a collaborative initiative between the Western Cape Provincial Treasury, the Western Cape Department of Economic Development and Tourism, municipalities and various stakeholders. It is aimed at capacitating suppliers in the Province with the necessary knowledge and skills required to do business with the Western Cape Government.
Minister Winde will give an address on the role of small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs) in economic growth and job creation in the Western Cape.
There will be an opportunity for interviews and photographs.
