Mineral Resources Minister Ms Susan Shabangu (MP) will deliver the opening address of the inaugural Australia-Africa Partnerships Facility (AAPF) Women in Mining and Development Leadership Forum on Friday 26 October 2012.
The AAPF is an initiative by the Australian Government that seeks to build partnerships between Australia and African governments to among other things, build capacity in areas such as mining.
Her Excellence Ms Ann Harrap, the Australian High Commissioner to South Africa and various senior woman mining executives will also be in attendance at the event.
