The Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Ms Lindiwe Sisulu, together with the Minister of Rural Development, Mr Gugile Nkwinti, will hand over certificates to five hundred first graduates of the National Rural Youth Service Corps Pilot Project in Bloemfontein. The youth have completed a seven week foundation phase pilot training which focused among other things, civic education, patriotism and discipline.
The event will take place as follows:
