Mineral Resources Minister, Ms Susan Shabangu (MP) will tomorrow October 2, 2012 deliver the keynote address at the launch of MINTEK’s new water atomisation plan at its Randburg campus in Johannessburg, Gauteng.
MINTEK is South Africa’s national mineral research organisation, and one of the world’s leading technology organisations; specialising in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy amongst other things.
Its new plant will initially be used as a two-year research and development project for Anglo American Platinum (AMPLATS), where after it is likely to open various opportunities in the soft metal processing industry.
