Human Settlements Minister Tokyo Sexwale will table two new bills, the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Bill and the Community Schemes Ombud Service Bill, for consideration in Parliament today.
The two bills are aimed at ensuring better management and governance of community housing projects such as townhouse complexes, high-rise flats and inner city buildings.
