The Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr Rob Davies, will address media on the 37th annual International Small Business Congress that will be hosted by South Africa next month.

The Congress, which will be held in Africa for the first time, will take place in Johannesburg from 15 to 18 September 2012. More than 1 000 delegates from South Africa and around the world will attend the congress.
