The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Jeff Radebe, MP, invites the media to join him in the inspection and official opening of the new wing of the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA).
The opening of the new wing is yet another demonstration of the Department’s commitment towards providing adequate and improved infrastructure in order to create enabling environment for the Judiciary to dispense justice in a more efficient manner.
As the court turns 101 years, the department will use this opportunity to reflect on the contribution of the SCA in deepening our democracy and the promotion of the rule of law.
Among the dignitaries who will be attending the event are, Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng, Free State Premier Honourable Ace Magashule, Minister of Public Works, Mr Thulas Nxesi and the National Director of Public Prosecutions, Adv Menzi Simelane.
