Minister in the Presidency for Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, Collins Chabane will join and deliver an address at the 50th anniversary birthday celebrations of the Southern African Music Rights Organisation (SAMRO).
SAMRO is an organisation dedicated to the collective management of copyright in musical works of composers, authors, lyricists and publishers.
SAMRO has in 2009 honoured Minister Chabane for his contribution to the music industry.
