Minister of Police, Nathi Mthethwa to deliver keynote address at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT)Annual Young Men and Women Empowerment Conference

The Minister of Police, Nathi Mthethwa will tomorrow give a keynote address at the 4th Annual Young Men and Women Empowerment conference. The conference is designed to empower students to adopt the spirit of patriotism and excellence and be able to identify their role in society.

In his address, the Minister is expected to challenge young people to continue to partner with government in the fight against crime, through research and skills, make a contribution to assist government tackle crime and to participate in community development programmes. He will further utilise the occasion to share with the conference delegates the National Crime Statistics that were released to the nation yesterday.
